Committed to farm fresh local ingredients year round so that our guests
can experience the magic of the Island and all that its regions have to
offer. Our handcrafted ales are brewed with the finest imported hops and
grain, local ingredients such as farm fresh raspberries in our summer
Raspberry Ale, locally grown old world grains for our King Tut’s Tipple,
and ingredients from our travels around the world.

Beach House
Located on beautiful Cordova Bay in Victoria, BC, Canada. The Beach House
offers Upscale casual dining with West Coast flair in Charter's Restaurant,
or outside seating for refreshments, meals and snacks on the Sandbar Patio.
Demitasse
Housed in one of Downtown Victoria's Heritage buildings, the Demitasse
holds the distinction of being Victoria's original Espresso Bar, and serves
a variety of locally roasted coffees, featuring a different coffee each
day.. Great breakfasts and weekend brunches too. The Focus is on healthful
ingredients prepared to order.

Pagliacci's

A Victoria landmark with excellent food and lively, fun atmosphere. It
is a character joint without parallel, happy and robust with food to match,
huge portions and live music add to the bohemian flavours. Everything
from breads to sauces to pastries is made on location!
Pescatore's
Fish House
Located on Victoria's Inner Harbour this restaurant serves the freshest
fish and their meats are always perfectly prepared. Voted amongst Victoria's
best seafood. Pescatore's Fish House has been in Victoria BC for over
eleven years, and is located downtown, near the Empress Hotel.

Bird of Paradise Pub
Located in a tastefully renovated and expanded 1914 Royal Oak farmhouse.
Excellent food and is the perfect place to relax after a round of golf.
Putt Off every Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock, where you can play 2 rounds
of 5 holes. Best putt gets their name on a list. All the winners throughout
the season get to play in final tourney.
