TRAVEL DIRECTIONS

(a) Driving South from Nanaimo
On Hwy 1 as you are nearing Victoria you will pass Exit #8 Helmken Rd. You may notice a sign on your right that says Esquimalt Historical Attraction.  You will come up to a stoplight. Go Right on Admirals Road.

Drive about 5 km. and turn Left on Esquimalt Road. You will pass the Esquimalt Plaza. Go Right on Lampson St. Count 2 blocks on your right and turn Right on Wychbury Ave. We are in the second block, the 3rd. house on your right ( Peachy Pink colour with a black iron arbor). 1136 Wychbury Ave.

(b) Driving From the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal or Victoria International Airport
Head South on Hwy 17 Pat Bay Hwy ( about 30 minutes) until you are almost in the City Centre. Go Right on Pandora and head over the Johnson St. Bridge ( blue bridge). Follow the same road as it turns into Esquimalt Rd. In about 5 minutes you will turn Left onto Lampson St. Count 2 blocks on your right and turn Right onto Wychbury Ave. We are in the second block the 3rd house on your right ( Peachy colour).

(c.) From Victoria City Centre
Follow the Inner Harbour via Wharf St. over to the Johnson St. Bridge  . You have your own designated left hand lane to cross over the bridge. Cross over and you will be on Esquimalt Rd. Please follow the above directions from there.

Office Check In
Go all the way down the driveway and knock on the double white doors in the centre courtyard. The B&B is located in the front house & we live in the back house. 
Parking: It is very important to park if you can on the right side of the driveway , leaving enough space between cars. If our driveway parking happens to be full please park your car on the street in front of our B&B. Our neighbours will thank you.

Other Important Info
Our “Meet and Greet” is very important to us so we ask all of our guests to be sure to call at least 15 minutes before arrival.

As you may want to come early or delay your 3:00 check-in we find that our guests are pleased with this idea so they can extend an outing if need be or if they miss a ferry they are not under stress to arrive at a designated time. If it is after 10:00 p.m. please let me know well in advance so I can give you details about the “key” location. 

We request that all late arrivals enter the house & your bedrooms quietly so as to not disturb our other guests or our neighbours. Thank you.
