Our toll free number only applies in North America. We apploogise for

Do you allow
pets? Top ^
For the comfort and safety of all of our guests, we have a no pets policy
at this time. We would be happy to provide information on pet care and
lodging facilities that may be of use to you during your stay, or can
refer you to accommodations that do allow pet visitors.
Is smoking allowed? Top ^
Our bed and breakfast accomodations are smoke free inside and out. We
would be happy to refer you to an accomodation that does allow smoking.

Quilters Cottage suite has the Garden Room
which is wheel chair friendly. There is a ramp to that level ( upper floor)
but I might add that it is a little on the steep side so I think a companion
is a must for additional aide. This room has a King Bed but can also be
changed into 2 twin beds. The bathroom is ensuite and wheel chair accessible
with a pedestal sink and a higher than usual toilet. The oversized shower
unit has helpful hand grips and a seat for your comfort.
I'm allergic
to feather/down blankets and pillows. Can I stay at your B&B?

All of our comforters, pillows and towels are as allergen safe as we can
find and are of the highest quality. No natural feathers or down are used.
We will be happy to discuss any special requests you may have in regards
to allergies.
Is my credit and personal information kept safe? Top

Our online reservation system (provided by Webervations) is completely
safe and privacy assurred, and their system has been tested and proven
safe by Verisign™. At our own physical location we keep all personal
and credit information safe and we never share your personal information
with any unauthorized third parties.
When are your check-in/check-out times? Top ^
Check in is from 3:00 : 5:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. We will
try to accommodate your arrival times whenever possible. Please print
out the directions where you will also see the note regarding the “Meet
and Greet” phone call . This is very important for our Guests to
contact me closer to their arrival time for confirmation that I will be
waiting for your arrival. We understand that your own schedule may not
exactly match our own, and we wouldn't want you to rush a visit to one
of our great local attractions in order to get here at a certain time.
What kinds of shops, attractions and services is your B&B near?

We are located just blocks away from many amenities. Grocery Store, Pharmacy,
Post Office and other services are located within a 5 minute walk from
us (and through a very picturesque community I should add). There is a
seaside Boardwalk just a few blocks away as well, also within walking
distance. There are no serious hills to navigate in our area just in case
hills are difficult for you. Via bus, car or taxi there is an enormous
selection of attractions and gardens very close buy. Downtown is a mere

Do you offer long term accomodations? Top ^
Yes we do. During the winter we offer discounted seasonal rates on suites
and rooms. Many people who come to Victoria for a temporary work assignment
find our accommodations very reasonable and affordable. Our suites have
all the amenities needed for long term stays and are very private. See

For the most part yes. We welcome family or club groups to rent our Suites
for long or short-term stays. Please see our Policies

If this a an issue for you, there may be a number of reasons for this.
You may have images turned off in your browser. A more likely explanation
might be a popup blocker program that you use mistakingly blocking one
of our images as if it were an advertising banner. With most popup blocker
software you can give certain sites an "ok" status. This site
contains no popups or scripts that will damage your system or make public
your personal information, so feel free to allow it.
